The legal name of “Food4Thought” is the full name of our company as listed and registered with the USPTO and the Division of Internal Audit and Licensing of Dekalb County, GA. The legal form of Food4Thought is a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Food4Thought reserves the right to remain a private company that is not under the regulation of both federal and state authorities. However, there can be no assurance that Food4Thought's operation and profitability will not be subject to increased taxation by federal, state, or local agencies.

The primary business location of Food4Thought is 3728 Cress Way Dr., Decatur, GA 30034.
